Show DAINES DISCOVERS EVIDENCE OF RABIES Says Dogs' Heads and That of Coyote Show Presence of Hydrophobia Hydro-phobia Germs. Positive reactions of rabies infection were observed from bacteriological examinations ex-aminations made by Pr. U. L. Paines on two dog heads and one coyote head, according to the report made yesterday to the state board of'health. The dog heads were sent in from Cedar Titv and Sase, Wyo.. while the coyote head came from Morgan City. The head from Cedar City was" sent in by Dr. M. J. McEarlane, who reported re-ported that the dog had bitten a child there, but he did not gire the name. Tt is understood that the child will be brought to Salt Lake to undergo the Pasteur treatment for rabies. Ron Xebeker sent in the head from Sage, Wvo., with the advice that the dog had bitten his child. |
