Show GOLFERS MAKE NEW RULING ON AMATEURS CHICAGO. Jan. 11 The Tutted States Golf association, at its annual meeting tonight, decided to make professionals all golfers who sell golf goods, either as proprietor pro-prietor or employee of a concern, pro- j vided sueh person depends on his fame or skill as a eolfer to promote these sales.
