Show JUSTICE COURTS ARE GIVEN NEW QUARTERS Martineau and Clegg Will Soou Be Settled Set-tled in the City and County Building. Location of the courts of L. B. Martineau, Mar-tineau, Jr., and Brigham Clegg, precinct justices, in the ci ty and county huild-j huild-j ing, was determined upon at yesterday morning's session of the board of coun-! coun-! tv eommishioncrs. Justice Martineau j'will have the old offices of the county assessor on the basement floor and Justice Jus-tice Clegg the former court room of tho state supreme court. Notice was served upon each yesterday that he might move into the quarters assigned as soon as they can be made, ready by the custodian. The office formerly occupied by tho secretary of state has been assigned to tho county treasurer, and the quarters thus vacated by tho county treasurer will be occupied by tho county auditor. In turn, the present offices of the auditor audi-tor will be converted into an office and dispensary for the county health department. de-partment.
