In an answer to the complaint recently filed in the district court against certain intoxicating liquors and Joseph Laucirica, the claimant, Laucirica lias tiled an answer, asking that the liquor taken from the Paris hotel ho-tel and also the containers be returned to him. The liquor is now in possession of S he riff II. C. Peterson. In the municipal mu-nicipal court recently Laucirica was fo-md not guilty on a charge of having in-t in-t oxicalimr liquor illegally in his possession. posses-sion. Tne supply of con fi sea ted liq uor claimed by the hotel proprietor amounts 1 to about S"0 gallons.
