OOP EN, Oct. ::i. -All members of the fourth and filial contingent of drafted men from Weber county met with the exemption board at the county building this afternoon to receive instructions for their departure for American Lake, Wash. Johannes Peter Ti miners was selected as leader of the group and li is assistant will be Orvls Anson Call. There will be twenty twen-ty men in the group, nine forming the regular 1.1 per cent quota, ten being substitutes sub-stitutes for drafted men who were rejected, re-jected, and Max Shear, who is credited 10 a district in Cleveland. Ohio.
