Show DECLARE GREECE AND RUMANIA WILL REMAIN NEUTRAL SOFIA, Bulgaria, Sept. 21, via London, Sept. 22. 9:55 p. m. Prernler Radoslavoff assured his supporters at a meeting yesterday yes-terday that Rumania and Greece would remain neutral. The Bulgarian government announced last night that the territory ceded by Turkey along the line of the Dedeagatcii railroad would he occupied on October 6. The official transfer will occur on October Octo-ber 11, at which time the Bulgarian administration ad-ministration will be installed. Vaell Radoslavoff. the Bulgarian pre-mfer, pre-mfer, announced yesterday that the Austro-German offensive against Serbia was initiated September 19. So far there has been no general Bulgarian Bul-garian mobilization, but the troops are leaving their stations . throughout the country. Referring to the concentration of certain cer-tain Bulgarian troops, the premier yesterday yes-terday informed the governmental members mem-bers in parliament I hat the war danger in the Balkans had ceased, but that the Bulgarian government was obliged to resort re-sort to an armed neutrality. Most of the troops stationed in Sofia left the capital last night and this morning. |
