Show TURKEY YIELDS TO DEW GREECE Apology Tendered for Insult In-sult Offered Naval Attache; At-tache; Incident Closed. LOXPOX. Feb. If. 11:55 a. m. Turkey has yielded to the d.mand for satisfaction made by Greece because of the insult offered an attache of the Crock legation at Constantinople. The director general or" police of Constantinople, Con-stantinople, it is officially announced, has visited the Greek legation in th:it city and. in the presence of all C:c members of the staff, he formally expressed his regret at the insult offered the Grek naval attache. He promised, further, that an official com muni cat ion to ibis effect would be published in the press. The incident now is regarded as closed. The Greek minister to Turkey left Constantinople the latter part of last week, leaving his secretary of legation in charge, because the porto was slow in CHiTving out Us agreement to give satisfaction for an insult offered the Greek naval attache.
