The Idaho state tax commission is doomed to abolishment. abolish-ment. This fact was established llils afternoon in the senate of the thirteenth legislature, when that body adopted a report re-port of th ft committee of the whole, recommending rec-ommending for passage, by almost unanimous unani-mous vote, house bill Xo. 70. by AwW-ion. AwW-ion. which passed the house oi representatives repre-sentatives and which calls for the repeal of the act that created the commission two years ago. Senator Rockwell tried to save the commission, com-mission, but iiis appeal fell on deaf ears. So strong was the viva voce vote to abolish it that not even a record vole was taken. In attacking the Anderson bill.
