Show PETITIONS FOR LETTERS. Will of Mrs. Margaret Manley Leaves Bulk of Estate to Sou and Daughter. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Nov. 1. A petition for letters let-ters in tho estate of Mrs. Margaret Manlev, who died on October 23 last, was filed in the district court today by James Hearn, tho sou, who is named in tho will as executor without bond. Tho approximate value of tho estate iE $727'1.30, of which the bulk is represented repre-sented by a promissory noto for $6000. The remainder is cash on deposit in local banks. Under tho terms of tho will filed with tho petition, a duughtor, Mrs. Nellie Ryan, and a sou. James Hearn, both residing in this city, are the principal beneficiaries, sharing equally the $0000 note and the cash balanco which remains after a few small bequeaths have been made. The St. Joseph's church in this city is made a bone-ficiary bone-ficiary to the extent of $100. Mrs. Manley died at tho home of her son, who is employed as a patrolman in the Ogden police department. |
