HABEAS CORPUS WRIT SUED OUT FOR GIRL Father of Sadie Hltcman Takes Steps to Free Daughter From Industrial Indus-trial School. Application for a writ of habeas corpus for the release of Sadie IJito-man IJito-man from the state industrial school will be filed in the district court today. to-day. Tho hearing probabl' will bo hold before Judge Jr. C. Loofbourow J Saturday. The action is brought by J. David Hitoimin, father of tho girl, who alleges al-leges that his daughter is ovor 18 years I old and is not subject to the decrees : of tho juvenile court as a minor. Miss Hitcman was sont to the industrial indus-trial school October 1, on a charge of incorrigibility. She escaped from the school, was captured aud is now being hold "without privilege," according to her father, who says ho has been denied de-nied the right to visit his daughter. The application for a writ will bc directed against E. G. Gowhiif, superintendent super-intendent of the school.
