REED ALIENATION SUIT DISMISSED An agreement having been reached out of court, the case of John Reed against Alfred Jensen for 510.000 damages for alienation of Mrs. Reed"s affections, was dismissed on motion of the plaintiff by Judge George G. Armstrong In tho district dis-trict court yesterday. Reed won a judgment for $887 against Jensen, but tho latter was granted a new trial on a showing that the Jury reached tho verdict by chance. It was on tho proceedings pro-ceedings in the new trial that the motion for dismissal was entered and sustained yesterday. A week ago Reed divorced his wife on grounds of desertion.
