Armstrong was elected vice-president to succeffd Mr. Halloran, and M. II "Walker and C. C. Parsons, Jr., were elected treasurer and secretary, respectively. respect-ively. The executive committee waa chosen as follows. W. J. Halloran, J. W, Houston. Lafayette Hanchett, Paul Keyscr and M. H. Walker. Mr. Hanchott succeeding Mr. Newhouso on the committee and Mr. Keyser succeeding Gcorgo S. Auerbach.
