Sister Mary Potra; Mit-s lidith Archer, bister Mary Paul; Miss Sara Cofgrove, Sister Mary Aloysitis; Miss Anna Smith. Sister Sis-ter Marv Assumpta: is8 Paulino Oraef. Sister Mary Aiifrnstinc; Miss Josephine Sweeney, Sister Mary Ga-hriel; Ga-hriel; Miss Agues Rohrcr, Sister Mary Raphael. Histhop Scanlan was assisted in the ceremony by the Rev. Father J. A. Ilonuui, chaplain of the Judge Mercy hospital, and the Rev. leather Thomas O'Hrien, chaplain of the rtcarns-St. Ann's orphanage. The sermon wa preached by the Rev. Father Aloysitis lirooker. S. .1.. of Denver, who .spoke on the work of the sisters in the Order of Mercy. The chapel was beautifully decorated with flowers. The choir " sang the processional, Gloria Mundi and the chants Qui Est Fsta nnd Requiem Cocli, all of which date from ihe .year 12H0 A. I). Miss Virginia Shannon sang Rosowig's "Ave Maria.1 Mascagni-'s " Holv Mother, Guide Mo" -was ung by Miss JCatlv Tlrehich. and Miss Ku-gonia Ku-gonia Mcrcier sunn "reni Creator,"' Lahashe. At the close of the reception ceromouics. Bishop Scnulan pronounced the benediction, accompanied by the singing of a choir composed of the .sisters .sis-ters or the hospital. |
