Show COURT AGREES WITH iirrHE CASE As Result, Fred Mosher Will Pay Wife Only $6 a Week. Fred Mosher was before Judge G. W. Morse yesterday afternoon at tho regular reg-ular weekly divorce- matinee, on an order or-der lo show cause why he should not pay Carrie Mosher more than $6 a week alimonj, and in addition pay the weekly laundry bill, which averuges 73 cents. 'Mosher. who is a blacksmith by trade, had several fellow craftsmen in court to testify that the horseshoeing business was pretty poor nt this time. Besides, he had been paying the amount for some time without any order or-der of the court, and said he had been doincr his boot. The court agreed with him and allowed him to continue his paynients at the same rate. Six interlocutory and two final decrees de-crees wero granted b- Judge Morae, as follows: Interlocutory decrees Francis G. Bowles from Sidney J. Bowles. "Florence "Flor-ence White i'rom Jiv. M. White, Norma A. Harmon from Henry G. Harmon, Alice F. V. Bakker from J. TT. Bakker, Elizabeth A. Newman from Thcodoro M. Newman, and Ella Jones from Charles E. Jones. Final decrees Carl Adams from Ethel Adams and Tda McQueen from Thomas "McQueen. Thomas Moore, who had been served with an ordor to show ciuiae, failed i appear and the court ordered a bench warrant ifsued for his arrest. Fred Hart wub ordered to pay Minnie Min-nie W. Hart alimony in the sum of $2fj a month and also to pav his wife's attorney's at-torney's fees. |
