Notice Ih hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of an order of the district court In and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah, made on tho 1st day of April, 3912, In the above entitled matter, the undersigned. under-signed. G. V. Summers, tho duly appointed, ap-pointed, qualified and acting receiver of all of the assets of said corporation, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, lawful money of the United Statee. and subject to the confirmation by said district court of Salt Lake county and state of Utah, on Thursday, the 30th day of May. 1912. at twelve o'clock noon, at the west front door of tho Joint city nnd county building, Salt Lako City, Utah, the following described property belonging to said Beaver Irrigation Land & Power company, and described as follows, fol-lows, to wit ; A certain contract between the Mln-orsvlllo Mln-orsvlllo Reservoir & Irrigation company grantor, and the Beavor Irrigation Land & Power company, grantee, whereby the grantor agrees that th grantee may raise the present dam of the grantor 31i feet above the present high water mark of the Rocky Ford river. A certain contra-u between the state of Utah and the Beaver Irrigation Land & Power company, dated the 1st dar of May. 1909. for the reclamation of certain lands in Beaver county, Utah. Also all right, title an Interest of tho Beaver Irrigation Land & Power company. com-pany. Application No. 132S, made In the office of the state engineer of the state of Utah, dated April 26, 1907, for 200 second feet of water. Application No. 1327. made In the office of-fice of the state engineer of iho state of Utah, dated April 2G, 1907. for 32,000 second sec-ond feet of water, to he pumped from numerous wells upon the lands proposed to be reclaimed.
