Wilson by Martin H. Peck for the unlawful seizure seiz-ure of a horse on an alleged Judgment obtained by Francis J. T,uke. ,i Salt Lake collector, before former .Tusllco of the Peace Durand at. Murray on an open account, ac-count, was added in tho district' court today when an appeal from the Judgment obtained against the sheriff was tiled. According to the records in the case.
