They have Incorporated Incor-porated the Strnnge-Maguii-e Paving company, and asked thai Ihe board approve ap-prove the assignment of the contiHet to the corporation. The matter was referred to the city attorney for an opinion as to the legality of the transaction, and If X Is all right tho board will approve the assignment.
