Whiting, a wealthy manufacturer of paper, writes concerning a recital the party of Mr. Whiting heard Prof. McClellan play at the tabernacle on May 30. Mr. Scowcroft entertained for the eastern party at his home In Og- don and brought them also to Salt Lake for the day upon which the recital was given. The note says "I want to thank you all again for the very delightful manner In which you entertained en-tertained us while at your beautiful home In Ogdon. also for the trip to Salt Lake City .which will over live In our memories. memo-ries. "I do not think, nor do I want that the music I heard on that day will ever bo forgotten. "It was the most Inspiring of any music, mu-sic, either vocal or Instrumental, that I have ever heard. "I might except, only, the chanting of the Russian peasants In the little chapel on the Mount of Olives.
