Yesterday afternoon a party of stato officials and others came up from Salt Lake City to select a site for the establishment of a convict camp along the route of the state road now undor course of construction from Hot SprliiKs to this citv. In tho party were J, W. Jensen of the State Good Roads commission, Warden Pratt of the slate penitentiary. State Engineer Caleb Tanner and a number of other officials of-ficials and good roads experts. iho party reached this cliv In three automobiles and, joined by local people. Including E. YV. Dunn of tho Commercial club, Itoad Commissioner P. N. Pierce. Victor E. Madson and others, they went to a point south of Wlllard whero It was decided to establish the convict camp for about sixty prisoners -who will help complete tho state road to this city. A road will also ho hullt through Box Eldur canyon by convict labor.
