Doxey, who was acquitted last night on tho charge of the murder of William J. Erdcr, was arrested early today on a warrant iBBued in St. Louis county on the chargo of bigamy. Mrs. Doxey was awakened by Con-stablo Con-stablo "Bodo of Clayton, Mo., in the hotel whero sho was Bleeping with her sister, Mrs. D. M, Morris.
