Walton in the superior court today asking for appointment ap-pointment as executor of Lhe will of Dr.' E. C. Buell, who died of grief for his wife In Genoa. Italy, July no, while on a tour around tho world. Tho estimate esti-mate of the value of the estate Is $100,000. The will provides small bequests for Walton Wal-ton and the Hahnemann Medical college of San Francisco. The balance of the estate is to bo divided equally among the following relatives: Dr. A. C.
