I . . NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. I To whom it may concern: 4 Notice is hereby givon that a special 1 tax for the purpose of extending the sewer upon the property hereinafter described de-scribed has been levied by ordinance of the City Council and approved the 14th day of April, 1908; said special tax Is levied upon the following described real property in Salt Lake City, to wit: In lot 1, block -I; lot? 5 and 6. block 16: lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 10; lots 1, 4, 5 and , 8, block 17; lots 1. 4. 5 and S, block 11; lots 1, 2. and 1. block 3; lots 1, G, 7 and 8, block 18; lots 5 and 6, block 0; lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 26: lots 1 and 2, block 2: lots 4 and 5. block 9; lots 1. 6, 7 and 8, block 8; lots 9 to 20 Inclusive, llollistcrs subdivision, block 4; lots 1, 2, 3. 4, 5, 0, 7 and S. block 12; all in plat B. Said tax Is due and payablo In five equal Installments, and said first installment install-ment will become delinquent on the 14th day of April, 1909; said focond Installment In-stallment will become delinquent on the 14th day of April. 1910; said third installment in-stallment will become delinquent- on the 34th day of April, 1911. said fourth installment in-stallment will become delinquent on the Mth day of April. 1912. said fifth installment in-stallment will become delinquent on the 14th day of April. 1913. Each of said Installments shall bear interest in-terest at the rate of six (G) por cent per nnnurii from the date of the approval of the ordinanco confirming the levy of said tax. to wit: The 14th day of April. 1908, until the date of delinquency, and eight (S) per cent per annum from delinquency de-linquency until paid. Provldod, that one or more of said Installments or the whole of said tax may bo paid on or before ten days after the approval of tho ordinance ordi-nance confirming salcf'tax, to wit; The 14th day of April, 190S. Provided, also, that ono of more of said Installments or the whole of said tax may be paid on the day any installment becomes-due by paying pay-ing tho amount thereof and the interest to date of payment.
