About $200 worth of merchandise of all kinds was stolen from Newman's store at "West Ogdcn during i the early hours of Thursday morning. From tho manner In which tho robbery wan executed It was apparent thut tho burglars intended to make a general clean-up, without leaving enough stock in tho store to warrant the opening of the doors for business Thursday morning.-Emptying morning.-Emptying sacks of bran and salt on. tto floor, tho empty bags were used to pack away tho plunder, consisting of canned goods, hams, cigars, tobaccos and articles of clothing.
