Show GRAND JURY TAKKS UP P0ST0IWE ROBBERY The grand Jury put in a full day's session ses-sion Thursday, working on several cases. The witnesses who appeared wero Martha Mar-tha E. Gaboon, James Cahoon. William Caldwell, Samuel Hoyt. .Michael Maun. Horbert S. Tame, Joseph Burbidge, George Chaso and J. W. Burt. Tho jury disposed of tho Bamborgor mall box robbery rob-bery carlj- In the morning aesslon. Xcarly all of tho above named witnesses wit-nesses were called to testify In connection connec-tion with the attempted robbery of the Murray postofllco by Joe Lacey on the morning of March 17. Lacey secured nothing. J lis two companions wero not. captured. When the Jury has completed the Murray postofllco robbery investigation, investiga-tion, several minor cases, of which no one but tho District Attorney is familiar, will be presented. The case of Eben Gregory, who Is chargod with owning coilnlerfclllng apparatus ap-paratus and sweating gold coins, will be presented Monday or Tuesday. Tho rtah Xallonal bank robbery will follow. |
