Show APPEAL POR AID I . FROM HANNA, WYO. The Tribune is iu receipt of an appeal ap-peal for aid from a committee composed com-posed of live prominent, citizens of Manna, Man-na, Wvo., where the terrible mine disaster dis-aster in which sixry-fivo lives were snuffed out, occurred on March 2S. Tho citizens of Jlauua who served on the committee are: E. T. Vautxhin. T. It. Jackson. T. P. Uenkel, J. .). Mitchell and 1. l.'hrist onsen. The appeal follows: Inasmuch as a most terrible calamity in the history of Wyoming has again, on larch 2S. IIiOS, been experienced in the second fearful mine disaster at llanna within a few years, and which has resulted re-sulted in a great loas of life. we. the relief committee, deem it expedient to ask of the public, as well as of benevolent benevo-lent persons, a liberal subscription to assist as-sist the many poor widows and fatherless father-less children. We further respectfully request that all funds collected for this purpose he forwarded to the seeretarv or to Carbon State bank of Hanna' Wyo., designated as depository. |
