WORK TO SOON BEGIN ON MINIDOKA TRACT Special to Tho Tribune. BURLEY. Ida., Jan. 20. A meeting of the Minidoka South Side Water Users' association was held In tho opera house yesterday, when tho settlers were given an opportunity to make application for stock In the association for tho purposo of clearing tho right-of-way and excavating exca-vating tho canals of tho pumping system of tho Minidoka project. Applications were also rocolved by tho board of directors for contracts, each applicant ap-plicant designating tho ccjulpment which he has available for prosecuting the work. The object of this precaution Is to guard against' allowing larger contracts than can be handled successfully.
