NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that the assessment assess-ment of the tax levied by the City Council Coun-cil of Snlt Lake City, Utah, by ordinance passed December 30, 1907, upon tho property prop-erty abutting upon lots 1, 2, G, 7 and S. block 20; in lots 1. 2, 3 and 4, block 10; in lots 1 and 2, block IS, nnd In lots 3, 2. 3 and 4. block 17. all In plat B. for the purpose of constructing vitrified pipe sewer eight (S) Inches in diameter upon Seventh South street between Fourth Kast and Klghth East streets, and on Fifth East street between Sixth South and Seventh South streets. In sewer district dis-trict No. 1. Is completed. That tho hoard of equalization and review re-view appointed by the City Council for that purpose, will meet at the office of the City Recorder, room 100. city and county building, on Monday, January 20, 190S. and continue In session until Friday. January 24, 190S. between the hours of 3:30 and 4'10 P- n.. and will hear and consider any objections and make correction cor-rection of any tax which said board may deem unequal or unjust. That during said time, between the hours of 9 a. m. and f p. m.. said list, will be open to public? inspection at tho offlco of the City Recorder, loom 100, city and county building.
