Show BRINGS nil TO get hui STOCK Mrs. M. Itudellat Says She Bought It and That Company Com-pany Will Not Issue It. Mrs. M. Rudellat brought suit in the District Court Saturday to compel the officers of the Success Mining company to transfer to her 10,000 shares of the capital stock of the company. Sho alleges al-leges that sho bought tho stock under execution. It was formerly the property prop-erty of P. D. White, against whom the plaintiff secured a judgment in" Justice Dana T. Smith's court. Tho Htock was Eut up to satisfy the judgment and she id it in. She now chnrgoB that the company's officers refuse to recognize her claim to it. It 13 alleged that the stock has since become valuable. Since tho purchase of it by the plaintiff, tho Success Miu-ing Miu-ing company has been absorbed by the Colorado Mining company, and 265 shares of the stock of tho latter company com-pany were given for each 1000 shares of the Succosa company. The stock of tho Colorado company, it is alleged, is now worth $8 a nhnro. Tn addition to asking that she be decreed de-creed tho owner of tho stock, Mrs. Rudellat; asks for judgment for $5300, which, she alleges, is due her as dividends divi-dends 011 tho stock. |
