BOISE, Idaho, July 14 .Surveyor-General .Surveyor-General Eaglcson of this Stato has '.just completed tracings of Canyon county and tho adjacent territory in Oregon. These maps havo boon prepared for and will be used during the next session of Congross. when an effort will "bo made to have the Snake river mado the western west-ern boundary of the county and of the State to its most southorn point along the border. The movement ha been on foot for Homo time, and in it Mark Bates, editor edi-tor of tho Parma Herald has been th6 loading spirit. Should Congress look upon tho suggestion favorably the change in the western boundary would givo Canyon count3 about 3000 acros of laud now a part of Oregon lying cast of tho "big bend."
