Tho association is incorporated for tho pur-poso pur-poso of conducting tho annual fair and exhibit of Utah county at Provo. Tho capital stock of tho incorporation is $50,000, divided into shares of the par valuo of $1 oach. The officers aro P. IL Irvine, president; Joseph T. Farror, treasurer; B. S.
