In the doubles the middle States champions, Hackett and Alexander, by putting out Wrcnn and Flucke today, are strong favorites for tho tltlo which thoy won at Longwood a year ngo, while in tho lower half of tho draw are tho two former champions, W. A. Lamed and W. J. Clothier.
