Millutrn, as attorney attor-ney for the Goldficld-Mohawk Mining colnpanv of Nevada. Tke suit- is brought against E, 0. Burlingame, a local lo-cal assaver. It is to recover bOO pounds of gold' ore. valued at. $10,000. which tho plaintiff alleges was stolen from the Mohnwk and shipped to Fred Col-ver Col-ver in Denver, and bv him turned over lo Burlingame for reduction. It is claimed the ore was shipped 111 five wooden boxes. This is said lo be only pari, of a large quantity of high-grade ore which, it is alleged, was stolen from the mine.
