OCR Text	Show FERRE SENTENCED Given Fifty Dollar Fine and Three Months Imprisonment. Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Jan. 20. George Ferre, recently re-cently convicted in the District court of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to do bodily harm, was today sentenced to pay a line of $50 and be confined In the State prison for a period of three months. Ferro will bo taken to tho pen on Monday next. A motion for a new trial in the case of Provo City vs. J. Daley, has been .filed and arguments will be heard on February 1 2, 1907,
