PETERSBURG, June 10 A long dispatch from Rear-Admiral Rltzen-steln Rltzen-steln to the Minister of Marine, dated Shanghai, June 6. gives the official report re-port of the torpedo-boat destroyer Bodri, Bo-dri, which recently arrived there In tow of a merchant steamer, but adds little to the knowledge about the battle of the Sea of Japan.
