W. E. Peters, cashlor of tho bank, was arrested at midnight chared with receiving money whan ho know tho bank to be Insolvent. Bon.l was fixed at $2K0. which Peters was unablo to furnish tonight. A warrant vas also sworn out by F S. Yockey for tho arrest of James L. Brldjr". president and general manager, chanting him with embezxlement and receiving deposits ator th" Insolvency of tho bank Rrldgo. however, could not bo found by offlcoru who were searching; for him during tho greater part of tho nlcht.
