This corresponds with the returns made to the election commission During the day sixty-two persons went on tho stand and swore that they wore- residents of tho precinct and voted thu straight Republican Re-publican ticket on November S. Miller Is at present nerving sentence In the county jail for contempt of tho Supremo Su-premo court election Injunctive order. The ballot box opened today was not used In ovldenco at the contempt proceedings, pro-ceedings, for tho reason thaC attorneys for the defense objected.
