Violations of the settlement agreement, discrimination ngalnst union men and attempts to dethrone Donnelly from control arc among the charges registered. regis-tered. President Donnelly asserts that wages have beon reduced arbitrarily and that additional hardships have been Imposed upon the union employees. He also refers re-fers to a bribe offer from one of tho packing companies with the comment that he Is prepared to furnish proof. |
