Tho Russian folnls, evidently Intended to draw a Japanese attack, aro uniformly repulsed. Army headquarters yesterday, received the following report from Field Marshal Oyama'3 report dated November Novem-ber IS: "At dawn today a detachment of the enemy made an attack near Hsinglung-tun. Hsinglung-tun. They were repulsed by ua. Sinco this morning tho enemy In ihe vicinity of Shahke village havo Indirectly bombarded bom-barded our positions with mortars and fiold pieces. They havo effected no damage dam-age A body of the enemy's Infantry was discovered at Hslamya and Hslaoyantzu. Wo shelled them and they fled m confusion con-fusion to a neighboring village. Tho enemy havo burned Huauglashetzu and villages to the southeast of the right bank of tho River Hun." |
