Call. The Government's attorney holds that there is n material difference between tho Benson-Hyde-Dlmond cases and those implicating im-plicating McKlnley and others. In the cases pending trial here tho method meth-od used is alleged to be that dummies were employed, but their forged nnd fraudulent flllrigB wero made directly upon Government land and tho Government lost tho land, receiving In return nothing but tho filing fees.
