Tho prisoner was arrested last Thursday and tho money was found on hlu person In tho city Jail two days later. - A careful search at tho tune of arrest failed to roveul the - . stolen property, which consisted of ten 520 gold pieces and a i5 bill. Carl Johnson will also plead on tho 12th to a chargo of grand larceny. In tho case of tho State vs. Henry Wad', dell, the convict charged with Jall-break-ing, grand larceny and murderous assault, Judpre Morso appointed Attorneys .Richard S. Hartley and Frank McGraw to defend the prisoner. W. G. Llttlo and F. B. Layman Lay-man were appointed to defend Walter Mc-Lloyd, Mc-Lloyd, charged with house-breaking. |
