President Roosevelt today cavo a hearing at tho Whito Houso to Col. Melvln Grlgsby, Unltod States District Attornoy for the Second district of Alaska, at Nomo, on charges of malfeasance In office. Tho charges havo been investigated by the Department of Justlco and tho Attor-noy-Genorol has recommended to tho President tho removal of Col. Grlgaby.
