Jeary, the well-known stockman stock-man of this' city, Is the managing director di-rector and most active promoter, meets with tho universal approval of cattle growers of this section so far as heard from. The new association was the talk of stockmen in the city yesterday, following the announcement of Its organization orga-nization and an outline of Ita alms, as published in The Tribune, and all were enthusiastic In commending It as the very thing needed io further the interests of the industry In which they arc engaged. It was agreed that the plan is tho only one by which the rights of shippers may be safe-guarded, and that In the hands of the men of capital and energy and unquestionable integrity integ-rity who are behind it the corporation must meet with unqualified success. Mr. Leary. who Is now in Texas In the Interest of the organization, will visit Denver, Kansas City and other stock-shipping centers before returning return-ing to Salt Lake to open headquarters here, his present trip probably occupying occupy-ing about six weeks' time. |
