The home of Robert and Ethel Kennedy houses 114 asosrted pets, according to an article in the current issue of McCall's magazine. Their seven children have: Thirty-two rabbits, two horses, three ponies, one donkey, four dogs, one kitten, ten ducks, five chickens, two roosters, four pigeons, pig-eons, one goose, two sparrows, six turtles, one tortoise, twenty goldfish, eighteen tadpoles, one cockattoo and a parakeet. The youngster most delighted by the menagerie, according to Ethel Kennedy, is seven-year-old Robert Jr., a bundle of curiosity about all things, especially bugs and animals. He's the one who invited himself to the White House to show his uncle, President Presi-dent John Kennedl, his pet salamander. |
