Show AN ORDINANCE TO FIX THE SALARIES of certain city officers and employes . Tie il Ordained, By the City Council "of the city of Salt Lake, in pursaance of the resolution of said City Council, duly passed at its special session ses-sion held on the 19th day of March, 1892, and on the 29th day of March, 1892. Section L The salary of the City Attorney shall be two thousand "five hundred dollars per annum. The salary of the Assistant City Attorney Attor-ney shall be fifteen hundred dollars per annum. The salary of the Supervisor of Streets shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the Superintendent of Sewer Construction shaU be two thousand Collars per annum. The salary of the City t-exton siia.l be twelve hnndrod dollars dol-lars rer annum and commission of 20 per cent on all sales of burial lots in said c'ty cemetery. The saiai y of the Super ntenden; of Waterworks shail be two thousand dollars per annum. Ti e salary sal-ary of the Police Justice ahall be fifteen hund ed dollars per annum. The salary of the water master shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the chief, of the fire department shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the clerk of the police court shall be twelve hundred dollars per annum. Section 2. Such salaries shall be paid in eqnal monthly installments out of the city treasury at the end of each month, and the salaries herein fixed shail remain as the salaries of the officers and employees herein named until changed by the city council. Section 3. Such parts of former ordinances as pnrport to fix or regulate the salaries of the officers offi-cers named in the lirst section hereof are hereby repealed.
