Show NOTICE OF TBCSTEES SALE. -VHF.I1EAS, THE FIRST DAY OF T October, A. D. Is8 Robert Gardner and Gardner his wife. made, executed and delivered to the undersigned, W. B. Mc-Klnley, Mc-Klnley, tnistee, their certain trust deed In writing, whereby they transferred to aald W. B. Mckinley, trustee, the following described real estate situated in the county of Salt Lake in the territory of Utah, to wit.; The south half of the northwest quarter; the southwest quarterof the northeast quarter and the northwest north-west quarter of the southeast quarter of seo-tion seo-tion 5, townsiitp 1, south ramie I west, Silt Lake meridian, together with fifty-seven shares of stock In the Hiighton and North Point Irrigation company, and, whereas, said trust deed was given to acure the payment of one certain promissory note and the Interest thereon, given by said Robert Gardner and Gardner to Charles Zllly for the sum of WC0 1, with interest thereon at the rata of 7 per cent per annum trim date until paid. and whereas default de-fault has been made In tha payment of the princ pal as provided in the note secured by said trust deed: now therefore I. W H.
