Special to The TimesJ, At the morning session of the sixteenth annual meeting of the Colorado State Teacher's Association it the Eaat Denver High (school un address ad-dress on "Our Universities nnd Colleges Col-leges and Tractical Life" was delivered by Winthrop I). Sheldon of Colorado Springs, Jason T.- Draper of Pueblo spoke on "Science in the lligh School" nnd he was followed hv Kev. T. W. McDowell, Chancellor of tiie University of Denver, who delivered a well considered con-sidered address. The report of the committee on "What Should Constitute Consti-tute a Collegiate llcparatory Course in Colorado," which was presented by P. W. Scarce of l'tieblo, was discussed at groat length by the meeting. At the afternoon session an address "The Teacher" was delivered by Dr. Thomas J. Gray, president of the State Normal School", and a paper was read by Miss Carrie B. Palmer of Munitou, on ' Physical Culture, or Harmonious Development," |
