Notice Is hereby given that the Assessor and Collector of Suit Lake City has made an 1 com-p'e'ed com-p'e'ed the list and p'.at pertaining to a local tax at the rate of four mills per squire foot, levied hy the City Council of Salt Lake City, December 18, 18H0, upon the following described lots or plfO 'S of ground, namely : Lots 3 and 4. block 1H; lots 1 and 8, block aO; lots 1,8, 7 and 8. block 9; lots 3. 4 and 5. block 10; lots . and 7, block d; lots 4 and ft. block , all In plat B.Salt Lake City survey, said tax be ng for the extension of the water maiiiH along the following follow-ing described route, namely; Fitih East from centre of Sixth and Seventh South to centre of Elu'hth aud Ninth South streets. Said list and plat have been lodged In the office of the City Recorder, No. 2, City hauiiiitl will be open for Inspection for a period of ten days from nnd aft'T the lilst day of December, Imw, during dur-ing which time written appeals to the City Council for the correction of the assessment may be tiled with the said Recorder, lu pursuance pursu-ance of the ordinance is such case provided.
