A temporary injunction in-junction was granted on thn petition of Krncst Stull of Omaha, to prevent the ? 150, (MM) iu bonds voted by the city to aid the Union Pacific rkilroad in constructing con-structing ita union depot here from being be-ing turned over to that company. The injunction is based on the ground that the Union Pacilie should give all roads access to the depot on reasonable terms and it now shows disposition to violate its contract.
