Show AN ORDINANCE Be it ordained by th Boarf Trustees of the Town of ilnAu! Canyon, Utah, that Section Chapter IX of the Revised (Jt ances of 1930, of the Town of fehi ham Canyon, UUh, is hereby ed, and. that an ordinance hrii. after known as Section ' 181, Qui ter DC. Ordinances of the Toi Bingham, Canyon, Utah, and ttUft ed "Discontinuance of Privy Viuli Cess Pools, and Outside Toilet qtf sets." i hereby created and to read as follows: Section ' 181: Discontinuance at Privy Vaults, Cess Pools, and Oitf side Toilet Closets. After July 1938, it shall be unlawful for th owner or owners of ' any "proptr within the Town of Bingham .Cut yon, or his, her or their .ientj agents or other person or penor. having charge of, Or occupying' property, to have upon said proper, ty any privy .vault, cess .pool, or outside toilet closet, or to use Uj privy vault, cess pool, or outaldt toilet closet, and the owner or Meiers Mei-ers of any property within tbt Town' of Bmgham Canyon shsJl.beV fore August .1, 1930, discontinue the use of, clean out, disinfect .and fill up all privy vaults and cess pools on said property, and shail,;befori August 1, 1936, remove the ,sejt or seats from all outside toilet, clostti oh 'such property and discontinue using the same. All toilets, planting plant-ing arrangements and other sew age facilities shall after July ji, 1936, be connected to the publli sanitary sewer system of the Tpwi of Bingham Canyon, in the nunaer and as provided by the ordinance! of the Town of , Bingham Cmyajji and it shall be unlawful td bifs or use any toilet, plumbing arrtnft-ment, arrtnft-ment, or other sewerage faclUt after July 31, 1936 that is not cov nected with the public sanltartj sewer system of the .Town of Blot ham Canyon.
