The Bank of Deserct Company was incorporated on Wednesday, to carry on the business of bankine in Salt Lake Citv. with tho following officers : President, Brigham Young; Vice-President, Horace S. El-dredgc; El-dredgc; Cashier, Lewis S. Hills; Directors, Brigham Young, Horace S. Eldredgo, Wm. II. Hooper, William Jennings, John Sharp, Fernmorz Little Lit-tle and Lewis S. Hills. The new bank succeeds tho lato firm of Hooper, Eldredgo & Co., in the same building, the business of the latter being turned over to it.
